Our shop, Oriental Machines & Tools, is over at No. 23-24 in Suman Nagar. We are right on the Bodla Shahganj Road, directly opposite Bodla Hospital. It’s a very easy landmark to give people when they are looking for us. Being across from the hospital means there’s always a lot of activity and people around. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while. The space is filled with various machines and tools that we work with every day. It’s not a showroom; it’s a real workshop where things happen. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy, but that’s the nature of what we do. We open up the shutters early in the morning and stay until the work for the day is finished. My staff and I aren't really the types for fancy speeches. We just know our tools and how to help the people who come in. Suman Nagar is a decent area to be in, and being on the main road helps a lot with moving stuff in and out. We’ve got a rhythm here that works for us. If you walk in, you’ll likely see us busy with something, but we always have time for a quick chat about what you need. We keep things honest and simple. No point in making things more complicated than they need to be. That’s just how we run things every day for the community.
