When you walk into the shop, you’ll usually see one or two of us working away. We like to keep things down to earth. If someone comes in with a question, we try to give them a straight answer. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write glossy brochures for us. This is just our daily life. Being in Agra, we get all sorts of people coming through the door. Some are regulars and some are just passing through Sanjay Place. We keep the shop open during regular hours and try to stay organized, though it can get a bit cluttered when we’re busy. That’s just the reality of running a small place like 28G/120. We’re just here to do our work and go home to our families at the end of the day.
