Nej Provision Store

Nej Provision Store is situated at Shop Number -42/112 on Mathura Road, right in the Moti Katra area. We are located near Billoch Pura, which is a pretty active part of Agra. Running a provision store here means we see a lot of different people every day. Mathura Road is always full of vehicles and noise, so there’s a lot of energy right outside our doorstep. We keep all the basic provisions that a household might need, from cooking oils to different kinds of grains. The shop is a bit older, and the shelves have seen better days, but they hold everything we need them to. Most of our work involves weighing out items or stocking the latest delivery that just arrived. It can get a bit dusty with all the traffic on the main road, so we are always cleaning the counters. We know the local families from Moti Katra well because they've been coming to us for their monthly supplies for years. My brother and I take turns at the shop so someone is always there from morning until late at night. We don't have any fancy displays or anything like that. We just focus on keeping the items people ask for most. Sometimes it’s a bit of a struggle to keep everything in order when the shop gets busy, but we do our best. It’s just a regular local business trying to serve the neighborhood as simply as possible every day.
