Jayco Plastics

Jayco Plastics is located in the Nunhai Industrial Area, specifically at Nagla Balchand. We’re pretty close to the Tata facility, which helps people find us since this area can be a bit of a maze. Our place is No. 12/55 A, and it’s basically where we run our molding machines and store our raw materials. The sound of the machines is pretty much constant throughout the day. We aren't a massive factory, just a local operation making various plastic items that people need. It’s often hot and smells a bit like melting plastic, but that’s the nature of the work. We started this because we knew the industry and had a couple of machines to get going. Over time, we’ve added a bit more, but we still keep it simple. We don't have a fancy front office or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door handles whoever walks in. We deal with a lot of small vendors and other factories in the Agra area. Some days the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we just have to deal with it and catch up later. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We just try to keep the production moving and make sure the count is right on the bags we ship out. There is always a lot of cleaning up to do at the end of the day, too.
