Our studio is at No. 89-A in Manas Nagar. It’s a quieter part of town compared to the main markets, which we actually prefer. Most of our work happens right here in this space. We started out doing this because we just liked taking pictures of things around us. Now it’s a full-time job. The room is filled with cameras, lenses, and a couple of computers for the editing part. Manas Nagar is a nice place to be based; the neighbors are friendly and it feels more like a community than a business district. We don't have a big glowing sign outside or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the address. Sometimes we are out on location for a shoot, so the shop stays locked, but we are usually here fiddling with the settings on a new piece of gear. The walls are mostly covered with prints we’ve done over the years. It’s interesting to see how the style of photos has changed since we started. We don't try to follow every single trend that comes along. We just focus on getting a clear shot that looks like the person standing in front of us. It’s a steady pace of work and we are happy to be doing it here in our little corner of Manas Nagar. It gets a bit messy with all the cords, but it’s home.
