Metro General Store

Metro General Store is located in the Main Market of Khandoli, which is a part of Agra with the 282001 pincode. We have been here for a while, and the shop is a big part of our daily routine. It is a simple place where we sell things like soap, matches, snacks, and cooking ingredients. We don’t have a lot of space, so we use every inch of the walls to hang things up. The market in Khandoli can get very crowded on certain days, and the noise from the street never really stops. We are used to it by now, though. It’s just the sound of the neighborhood. Most of the people who come in are regulars who live just a few streets away. They come in for a small thing and end up staying for ten minutes to talk about their families or the local news. We don't use any fancy systems to keep track of things, just a pen and a notebook we keep by the cash box. It works for us. The shop feels like home because we spend more time here than anywhere else. We don't have any corporate rules or special uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to people like they are our friends, because most of them are. It is just a plain, small-town store doing its thing every day without any fuss or unnecessary bother for anyone.
