We’ve been at Ganesh Arcade for a while now. If you know M.G. Road, you know it gets pretty busy, especially being right behind Shah Cinema. Our spot is on the first floor, Shop Number 3. It’s not a huge place, just a simple office where we handle everything. Most people find us by looking for the cinema first and then heading back into the arcade. We usually get started early in the morning, unlocking the shutters and getting things ready for the day. There’s a lot of foot traffic around here, so it’s never really quiet. We don’t do anything too fancy, just the basic work that needs to be done. Sometimes the stairs can be a bit much if you’re carrying heavy things, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. My brother and I usually handle most of the walk-ins. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just us and a couple of helpers. People come in with all sorts of questions, and we just try to give them a straight answer without making it complicated. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep things moving. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but our little corner in Ganesh Arcade stays pretty much the same. It’s a decent place to work, and being central on M.G. Road makes it easy for folks to drop by when they’re already out doing errands in the city. We're just here to get the work done.
