Our clinic is located inside the Ram Raghu Hospital building on MG Road in Agra. MG Road is always packed with people and cars, so it is a very lively area to be in. We focus on skin and laser treatments. It is not a very big space, just a few rooms where we have the machines set up. People come in for all sorts of things like getting rid of hair or dealing with skin spots. Since we are in the hospital building, it feels a bit more serious than a beauty parlor. We don't have any fancy music playing or soft lights. It is just a clinic. We have a small desk at the entrance where we take down names. Sometimes we are running on time, and other times people have to wait a bit in the hallway. We try to be direct about what the lasers can and cannot do. There are no miracle promises here. It is just technical work. Most of our clients are local folks from Agra who want to fix something about their skin. We see a lot of the same people coming back for several sessions. It is a steady business. We aren't trying to be the biggest clinic in the city. We just stay here on MG Road and do the treatments for whoever walks in. It is just a normal part of the day for us in Agra.
