About Manju Machine Tools – Architect, Interior & Structural Design in Agra
Peenya 2nd Stage is always loud with the sound of metal and engines. We are at No. 117 on the 1st Main Road, right across from the KHDC building. This place smells like machine oil and cold steel. It’s what we’ve known for years. We have lathes and tools sitting all over the shop floor. It isn't the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit. Most of us have grease under our fingernails by lunch. We spend our time fixing parts and making sure the tools are sharp enough for the next job. It's a lot of standing on concrete floors, so our boots wear out pretty fast. We don't have a big reception area or anything. If someone comes by, they usually just walk right into the shop and find me near the back. We get a lot of guys from the other units in Peenya coming in to borrow a specific wrench or ask for a bit of help with a stubborn bolt. It’s a tight community of workshops around here. The power grid can be a bit temperamental in this part of the city, so we have a generator that makes a lot of noise. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just fix what’s broken and build what’s ordered. It’s dusty and noisy, but it’s our corner of the world.
