Mahi Homeopathic Clinic

Mahi Homeopathic Clinic is located at Alka Kunj, house number 351, right in the middle of Kamla Nagar. It’s more of a quiet, residential feel around here compared to the noise of the main market streets. The clinic is basically a couple of rooms where we keep all the small glass bottles and jars filled with different remedies. There is a specific smell to the place, a bit like sweet sugar and alcohol, which is typical for a homeopathy setup. We have a plain wooden desk where we sit to talk to whoever comes in, and the chairs in the waiting area are the basic plastic ones that are easy to keep clean. The sunlight comes in through the side window in the late afternoons, hitting the storage shelves. We don't have a big neon sign, just a simple board so people can find the front door. Most of the people who come here are from the surrounding houses in Kamla Nagar, so we often end up chatting about the neighborhood news or the local weather. It is usually just one or two of us working at a time, so the atmosphere stays pretty calm and low-key. We keep a paper ledger to write down names and what we gave them, doing most things by hand. It feels more like a small home office than a big medical center. When it rains, you can hear the water hitting the roof quite clearly.
