Maa Bagvati Travel

Maa Bagvati Travel is located at Shop No 1 on Deori Road. We are quite close to Panchsheel Inter College, so we see a lot of students and teachers passing by every day. It’s a lively neighborhood and we enjoy being a part of it. The office is quite basic, just a place for us to sit and manage the travel requests that come in. I like to keep a pot of tea going in the morning because it helps the day go by better. We’ve got a couple of benches outside where people sometimes sit and chat while they wait. Being in the 282002 area of Agra means we get a mix of local residents and people just passing through. We don't have any corporate manuals or anything like that. We just talk to people like neighbors and try to help them out with their travel plans. The phone stays on the desk and it rings pretty often throughout the afternoon. Sometimes we have to deal with flat tires or engines not starting, but that’s just part of the life we chose. It isn't always easy, especially when the weather is bad, but we make sure the office stays open. We’ve been at this spot for a good while now and we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a simple life, just running a travel business from a small shop on Deori Road.
