Lotus Superspeciality Hospital Agra

Our place is right by the Diwani crossing on MG Road, which most people in Agra know because of the heavy traffic. We are located right in the middle of all that activity. The hospital is not anything like those polished, perfect places you see in magazines. It is a working building where things happen fast and there is always something going on. Our nurses are always on their feet, and the doctors are usually moving from one floor to another without much of a break. We see people coming in from the street all day long. Some are just looking for directions, but most are here for their treatments. The MG Road area is always noisy, but inside we just focus on the tasks at hand. We have got a lot of beds and different departments, so the building stays pretty busy. We do not do much in terms of promotion; people usually find us because we have been here for such a long time. The staff knows all the local tea spots and the shortcuts around the crossing. We handle the paperwork, the cleaning, and the patient needs as they come up. It is not always quiet, and sometimes it feels like there is never enough time in the day to finish everything. But that is just how it is in a big hospital like this. We are just a team of local folks doing our jobs in this corner of Agra.
