Lexica Drugs & Formulations is located at Sriji Dham, which is right opposite the Shaheed Nagar Police Chowki. You can’t miss it if you are driving down Shamsabad Road. The address is N I-B-3/3 and it’s a fairly straightforward setup. Being right across from the police post means it’s a safe enough spot, and it’s a good landmark to give to anyone trying to find us. We work on various drug formulations here. The office and the production area are close together, so you can always hear the hum of the machinery. It is not a very big place, but we make the most of the space we have. The shelves are packed with samples and files. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the different sections. The street outside can get quite dusty because of all the vehicles on Shamsabad Road, so we try to keep the doors closed as much as possible. It is a busy environment but we try to keep things organized in our own way. We don't have any fancy receptionists or big lobbies. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone carrying a tray of vials or writing something down in a ledger. It is just a group of us working hard to stay on schedule. The tea breaks are usually spent standing around the front door watching the traffic go by. It gets quite loud during rush hour but we just work through it.
