Kohinoor Refrigeration & Airconditioning Engineers is tucked away in Al-2, Rashmi Palace. We are located in Kamla Nagar, right near the NH-2 highway. Being so close to the highway means there is always a bit of dust and a lot of truck traffic nearby. The landmark most people use to find us is the Sultanganj Ki Pulia. Our shop is a bit of a maze, filled with air conditioning units in various states of repair and boxes of copper pipe. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a big corporate office. It is just a group of engineers who have spent years learning how to make things cold again. The work is often greasy and tiring, especially when the summer heat kicks in and everyone’s AC seems to break at the same time. We try to get to everyone as fast as we can, but there are only so many hours in the day. We have been at Rashmi Palace for a while now, and we know most of the other shop owners in the building. It’s a friendly enough place to spend the day. We usually have the door open to let some air in, even if it brings in the noise from the road. We are just regular people working hard to keep things running in this part of town. There is nothing complicated about it, just tools and hard work.
