Anupam Infrabuild Ltd.

We are tucked away in Vikas Market, at C-1 and 2. Anupam Infrabuild Ltd. is a local outfit, and we’ve been in this market for quite some time. It’s a typical market setting—lots of shops nearby, people yelling, and the smell of food from the stalls around the corner. Our space is functional. We have some desks, a couple of old computers, and shelves filled with project binders that have seen better days. We do a lot of our work out in the field, so the office is mostly a place to touch base and handle the billing. It’s not a place for fancy meetings. Usually, if we need to talk, we just pull up a chair or stand around the main desk. We know most of the other shop owners in Vikas Market, and we often chat with them while getting our morning tea. It’s a tight-knit kind of place. We handle infrastructure and building work, which means we’re often dealing with gravel, cement, and a lot of mud. By the time we get back to the office, we’re usually pretty worn out. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to get the work done so we can go home to our families. Some days are good, some are frustrating, but that’s the reality of this business. We don't sugarcoat things. If a job is going to be tough, we say so and then we find a way.
