Kaatharv Social Welfare Foundation

We’ve been set up at B-42 in New Agra for a little while now. It’s a busy spot, but we like being right here in the neighborhood where people can find us easily. Starting this foundation wasn't about big speeches or anything fancy. It was just a few of us noticing things that needed doing around town. Some days we are sorting through paperwork, and other days we’re out meeting folks to see how we can help with small issues. It gets a bit messy sometimes, trying to keep everything organized. We don't have a giant office or a lot of staff, just some dedicated people who care about Agra. You’ll usually find someone at the desk from morning until evening. It isn't always smooth sailing, and we definitely make mistakes as we learn the ropes. But we just keep going. The walls at our place are a bit bare, but that’s because we spend more time on the work than on decorating. People stop by for all sorts of reasons. We try to listen. It’s hard work, and the hours are long, but this is home. We grew up here, so it feels right to do something useful. If you’re ever near New Agra, you might see us around. We’re just regular people trying to make things a bit easier for the community.
