Jeetu General Store

Jeetu General Store is my small shop located at Shop No 865 on Kendriya Hindi Sansthan Road in Agra. Being in the Khandari area, we get a lot of students and local residents walking by. I usually sit here from morning until night. We keep the usual things you’d expect from a general store, like pens, notebooks, chips, and basic grocery items. The space is a bit tight, especially when a few people come in at once. I try to organize the racks whenever I get a break, but it gets messy again pretty quickly. It is just the way a local shop works. We don't have any big staff, just me and occasionally someone to help out with the heavy lifting. The road outside is always busy with traffic going towards the institute. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy, but we are used to it by now. People stop by to grab a quick bottle of water or some snacks while they are on their way. We don't do any big promotions or anything like that. We just focus on keeping the things people ask for most often. It’s an honest way to make a living. Most of the people who come here live just a few streets away, so we have become a familiar part of the neighborhood over the years. We just keep the doors open and serve whoever walks in.
