Ihi

Ihi is a fairly small operation, and we do not really have a big public storefront or a traditional office for people to visit. Mostly, we just work from where we are, handling the various daily tasks as they come our way. It is a bit hard to describe exactly what the setup looks like because it is very basic and changes depending on what we are doing. We spend a lot of our time on the computer or talking on the phone, managing the different parts of the business. Since there is no fixed physical shop address to give out to the public, we tend to be more flexible with how we meet people or handle our logistics. It is just a handful of us making sure everything stays on track and the bills get paid. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist greeting people at the door. Our days are filled with sending emails, updating spreadsheets, and the occasional meeting in a local cafe or a shared workspace. It is a bit of a loose structure, but it works well for our needs. We do not feel the need for a big corporate office right now. The work gets done regardless of where we happen to be sitting. It is a quiet way of running things, but we prefer it that way. No drama, just getting the work finished. We have been operating like this for a while now.
