Our place, H Mohd Husain H M Ibrahim & Co, is located at No. 169 in Lohamandi, specifically on First Street. We’re right opposite Mahajan Transport, so there are always big trucks coming and going throughout the day. Being in Lohamandi means it’s always busy and a bit gritty. It’s the kind of place where real physical work happens every day. We’ve been here for a very long time, and the family has always been involved in running the business. It’s not a modern office by any means. It’s a functional space where we handle iron and steel trade. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is old and worn, but it serves its purpose for what we do. We don’t have a big sales team or marketing people. It’s just us and a few workers who have been with us for many years. We deal with people face-to-face mostly. There’s a lot of tea drinking and talking about prices and deliveries in the office. We don't use any fancy business terms or corporate talk. We just say things as they are. If we have what you need, we tell you. If we don’t, we tell you that too. It’s a traditional way of doing things, but it’s worked for us through the generations. We’re just part of the local market fabric here and we like it that way.
