Grvg Real Estate Private Limited

We operate out of 7/15/152 in the Lalbagh Janaura area. It is a bit of a mix of residential and business spots around here. Grvg Real Estate Private Limited is just a small outfit, really. We don't have those big glass windows or shiny signs that you see in the city center. It’s more of a ground-floor situation where you can hear the bikes passing by on the street. People in Janaura usually know where the Lalbagh side is. We spend our mornings getting through the mail and checking on various property listings. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing down notes on whatever scrap of paper is handy at the time. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour or so in the afternoon, so we just sit outside or go for a walk until it comes back on. It is a very local way of doing business. We know the shopkeepers nearby and they know us. The office doesn’t have much decoration, maybe a calendar on the wall and a few old maps of the area. We like it this way because it’s easy to manage and we don’t have to worry about looking too professional. It’s just us doing our thing in our own corner of the world. Every day is pretty much the same, which is fine by us as long as the work gets done. It is a steady life and we are used to the rhythm.
