Goyal Tour & Travels

Our place is at A-188 in Pratap Pura, just opposite Rustam Bagh. It’s a pretty central part of Agra, so we see a lot of people passing through. We’ve been running Goyal Tour & Travels from this same spot for quite some time. Mostly, we deal with cars and helping people plan their trips. It’s just how things go here—someone comes in wanting to go to Delhi or maybe just around the city, and we see what we can do for them. The office isn’t huge, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just waiting for the next person to walk through the door. Pratap Pura is a busy area, especially with the park right across from us. Sometimes it gets a little noisy outside with the traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We don't do anything too complicated, just straight-up travel bookings and car arrangements. If someone needs to get somewhere, we try to help them out with the details. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but we’re still here doing the same thing. It’s a steady job, keeping track of schedules and making sure the cars are ready. There's always something to do, whether it's checking dates or talking to drivers. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us at the shop. We try to keep things simple and honest.
