Goyal Store

Goyal Store is sitting right in the middle of Trans Yamuna Colony in Agra. Our address is 282001, and we have been around here for quite some time now. It is a basic general store where we sell the things people use every single day. There is nothing very special about the building, just a regular shopfront on a street where people walk their dogs or go to work. We open up early in the morning because that is when people realize they ran out of milk or sugar for their breakfast. The days can be long, especially when the weather in Agra gets really dusty or hot. We don't have a big corporate setup, it is just us looking after the inventory and talking to the neighbors who come in. Sometimes we run out of things because the supplier didn't show up, but we try to keep the basics ready. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We don't use fancy computers for everything, sometimes it’s just a notebook and a pen. Living and working in the same area means you get to know everyone's business, which is just how it is in a colony like Trans Yamuna. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to keep the shelves full and the shop clean enough for the next person who walks through the door. It is a simple way of living and we don't ask for much more than a steady day of work.
