Goyal General Store

If you are driving down Mathura Road in the Sikandra area of Agra, you might see Goyal General Store. Our location is near Bhagwati Dhaba, a place where many drivers stop to eat. Because of that, we get a mix of people who live right here and others who are just driving through Agra. The shop has all the basic items like snacks, tea, and cleaning supplies for the house. It gets quite dusty here because of all the traffic on the road, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the jars and packets. It is just me and some family members who run the place. We do not have a big team or anyone else helping. The address is 282007 and we have occupied this spot for a long time. Sometimes the big trucks parking by the dhaba make it hard to see our storefront, but the locals know we are here. We keep things simple. You walk in, grab what you need, and pay at the small counter near the door. There is no fancy computer system. Agra is a busy city and Sikandra always has something going on outside, so we just focus on keeping the shelves full. It is a simple life but it keeps us busy every day of the week.
