Golden Palm Impex Private Limited is down on the lower ground floor at number 23, Dhakrey Enclave. This is in the Dholpur House area of Agra. Since we are in the basement, it stays a little cooler when the Agra sun is beating down outside, which is something we all appreciate. We’ve been working from this spot for a good while now. Our business is mostly importing and exporting different kinds of products. It’s not really fancy or glamorous work. Most of the time we are just at our desks filling out customs forms or checking on shipping schedules. The enclave is a busy little area with a lot of people moving around. We don’t have any big, bright signs outside to attract attention. Most of our business comes from people we’ve known for years or through word of mouth in the trade. We like being in this part of Agra because it’s easy to get to. Our team is small and we all know what we need to do each day. We don’t have managers or a big hierarchy; we just all work together to get the shipments out. Sometimes the internet is slow or a truck is late, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We aren’t trying to do anything huge. We just want to run a decent business from our little office here. We focus on the details and hope for the best.
