We’ve been operating out of 21/18 Mangal Sen Bhawan in Free Ganj for a good while now. It is a busy spot, and there is usually a lot of noise from the workshop. Wood is what we know best. Most days, you will find us surrounded by piles of timber and bags of sawdust that never seem to go away no matter how much we sweep. It is a bit of a crowded space, but we make it work. The workshop has that specific smell of fresh cut pine and wood polish that stays on your clothes long after you go home. We are just a group of people who enjoy working with our hands. We don't have a big reception area or anyone in a suit. If you come by, you'll probably see us in our work shirts, maybe covered in a bit of dust. We handle different kinds of wood and try to make things that stay sturdy. Free Ganj is a lively place to be, and being right here in Mangal Sen Bhawan means we see a lot of the local life every day. Sometimes the power goes out, or the delivery truck is late, but we just keep at it. It’s not always pretty, and the floors are rarely clean, but the work gets done. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the measurements are right and the wood is solid.
