Finhope Micrope Foundation

We are the Finhope Micrope Foundation and our office is located in Mohalla Mohammad Zai. It’s a traditional kind of neighborhood, and we’ve been here for a while. The office is tucked away, so you have to know where you’re going to find us. It’s not a big glass building or anything like that. It’s just a simple room with some desks and a couple of computers where we do our daily work. We spend most of our time looking at spreadsheets and talking to people who come by with questions. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything formal. We just dress for the weather and get on with things. Mohalla Mohammad Zai is a good place to be because we are close to the people we work with. We can just step outside and be right in the community. Sometimes we have a lot of people waiting, and other times it’s completely quiet. There isn’t much of a middle ground. We don’t have any big mission statements on the walls. We just know what needs to be done each day and we do it. The tea man comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a little break. We’ve got a small team, so we all have to do a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or filing papers. It keeps us on our toes. We’re just regular people working in a regular neighborhood. We enjoy the work we do here.
