We are set up right along the Agra Kanpur Highway, NH-2. It’s a loud spot because of all the trucks and cars zooming by at all hours. We are near the Essar Petrol Pump in Nawalpur, which is where most people stop for gas. At Trimurti Cement Articles, our yard is full of things we’ve made from concrete. You’ll see benches, pipes, and other cement blocks sitting out in the sun. It’s a dusty place because of the highway and the materials we use. We spend our days mixing cement and pouring it into molds. It’s heavy work and your back definitely feels it by the end of the day. The sun hits the yard pretty hard, so we try to do the heaviest lifting in the morning. We don’t have a fancy showroom. Everything is just laid out where we have space. People driving by on the highway sometimes pull over to ask about prices or to see what we have available. We don’t do much advertising; the products sitting out there do that for us. It’s a simple business. We buy the sand and cement, we make the articles, and we sell them. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to dry the concrete, but we just wait it out. It’s a practical life out here on the highway. We’ve been here for years and we know the rhythm of the road. It's just what we do every single day.
