Our workspace is situated at E- 83 within the Site Upsidc Industrial Area in Sikandra. Working here at Emcare Surgitech Pvt. Ltd. means being a small part of the local industrial landscape. It is a busy environment with a lot of heavy vehicles coming and going throughout the shift. The office and the main workspace are all under one roof, which makes it much easier to talk to the rest of the crew without having to walk too far. We do not really go in for any fancy slogans or making big promises. We just come in, do the work that is on the schedule for that day, and make sure everything is packed correctly for transport. The area is mostly comprised of other businesses and warehouses, so it is not exactly a scenic spot, but it is perfect for the type of work we do. Sometimes the electricity fluctuates, which is a common thing around here, so we have learned how to work around those little interruptions. Our team is small and most of us have known each other for a long time now. It is a very hands-on environment where everyone chips in. We deal with various surgical tools and equipment, so there is a lot of care involved in the daily routine. We usually eat our lunch together in the small break area near the back. It is not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy.
