We are located at No. 1 Dwarika Puram right on the Byepass Road. It’s a busy spot with cars and buses going past all day long. We started this place because we wanted to have a small shop where people could come to sort out their travel plans and use the phone. It’s not a big office, just a couple of desks and some chairs for people to wait. We spend a lot of time on the phone with bus operators or trying to find the right train tickets for someone’s trip home. Since we are on the bypass, we see a lot of people just passing through who need a quick bit of help with a SIM card or a recharge. The fan hums in the corner and we keep the ledger on the main desk. It gets a bit dusty with the road being so close, but that’s just how it is here. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything. Just the maps on the wall and the computer screen. We know most of the drivers who stop by. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign near the first turn off the main road. We are usually here from morning until late evening because that is when people need us most. It’s just us working here, making sure the bookings get done and the communication lines are working for whoever walks in the door.
