You’ll find us at 8/4 in Hing Mandi, right in the Radio Market area. We are directly opposite the old Sony Cinema, which is a landmark most people in Agra know. It’s a very crowded part of town, always lots of noise and people moving about. We’ve been here at City Travel Agency for quite a long time. Our day usually starts with opening up the shop and checking the messages that came in. Since we are in the middle of a market, it’s rarely quiet. People are always coming in and out, asking about train tickets or car rentals. We do a bit of everything when it comes to travel. The Radio Market is famous for electronics, but we’ve carved out our little space for travel services. It’s a practical place to work because everything you need is right nearby. We don’t have much room for anything extra, so the office is mostly just desks and files. We spend a lot of time talking to customers and trying to find the best routes for their trips. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but that’s just life in Hing Mandi. We just keep going and handle the bookings as they come through the door or over the phone. Being in such a busy area means we never have a dull moment.
