Our location is 166 M.I.G Shaheed Nagar in Agra, U.P. 282001. Citigroup Global Services Ltd. might sound like a big name, but our office here in Shaheed Nagar is a very practical, down-to-earth place. We don’t have the tall skyscrapers you might find in other cities. Instead, we work out of a standard M.I.G house. It’s where we handle all the various service tasks that come our way. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even though we stay busy most of the time. We have our desks set up, and everyone knows what they need to do. Agra is a city with a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of its modern side. We aren't here to make big promises or use fancy language about what we do. We just provide services and keep the records straight. Most of us have been working here for a good amount of time, so we know the routine by heart. Morning starts with a quick chat and maybe some tea, then it's straight to the computers. The street 166 M.I.G is usually not too busy, which is nice. We aren't a corporate giant with thousands of employees in this building. It’s a smaller team, and we like that we all know each other's names. We just focus on getting the tasks finished before the day ends. It’s honest work, and we do it from this corner of Agra. That’s really all there is to it.
