Chandrahealth Voyage Hospital Private Limited is tucked away in the New Mandi area of Krishna Nagar. We share the space with Ravi Kumar's setup, which is how most people recognize the location. New Mandi is usually bustling with activity, especially in the mornings when everyone is out running errands. Our hospital isn't very large, but it stays busy enough. The "Voyage" part of the name sounds a bit grand, but really we are just here doing the basic medical work that needs to get done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things down in big ledgers. The waiting room has those standard blue chairs and a clock that ticks a bit too loudly when it’s quiet. Most of us have worked here for a while, so we know the routine of the neighborhood. Patients come in with all sorts of things, and we just try to get them seen in order. Sometimes the computer system for the billing gets slow and we have to do things by hand, which slows everyone down. It’s a practical place for people living around Krishna Nagar. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make things look polished; it’s just us doing the job as best as we can every day of the week. There is always a lot of chatter in the hallways, but we keep moving forward.
