Our office is in Agra, specifically at Shopping Center-1 in Nehru Nagar. We are quite close to Bhagat Halwai, which is great because the smell of sweets sometimes drifts over here. Big Dream Holiday Planner is just a small group of us who enjoy putting trips together. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular shopfront in the shopping center. We have maps on the walls and plenty of notebooks filled with travel details. Nehru Nagar is a busy area, and there’s always people coming and going from the shops around us. We spend our days on the phone with hotels and trying to find the best routes for people. Sometimes it’s a bit of a puzzle to get everything to line up, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the tricks. We don't use any fancy software, just standard computers and a lot of patience. It can get a bit loud in the shopping center during the weekends, but we’re used to it. We aren't a big agency with a flashy lobby. It’s just a place where you can sit down, have a glass of water, and talk about where you want to go. We just try to keep things simple and honest. Agra is a city that never really stops because of the tourists, but here in Nehru Nagar, it feels a bit more like a normal residential area. Our office is small, but it’s enough for what we need.
