You can find us at number 12, right at the Bijali Ghar crossing. It’s one of those parts of Agra that never really stays quiet, which is fine by us. We’ve been here at Bharat Tours & Travels doing our thing for a while. It’s a lot of local travel, mostly people needing to get from one point to another without much fuss. The crossing is always packed with rickshaws and buses, so there’s always something to look at while we’re working. We handle a lot of different travel requests, from simple car bookings to longer trips if that’s what someone is looking for. Our office is just a regular spot where people can drop in and talk about their plans. We don’t have any big corporate setup, just a desk and some chairs and the usual phone lines. We know the roads around here pretty well, which helps when people ask for advice on the best time to leave. Dealing with the Bijali Ghar traffic is just part of our day. It’s a practical kind of business. We listen to what people need, check what we have available, and go from there. There’s no big secret to it. We just show up every day and do the work. It’s nice being in such a well-known part of the city where everyone knows where the crossing is. We often see the same faces every morning.
