Benign Travel Mgmt

You can find us at shop number 6 inside the Goswami Complex on Sikandra Road. We are in the K K Nagar area of Agra. Benign Travel Mgmt is a small operation that I started with two of my friends. We mostly handle travel management, which sounds fancy but really just means we book buses, flights, and cars for folks. The complex itself can get a bit loud and crowded in the afternoons, but our shop is tucked away in a corner. We have a few computers that are a bit slow, but they get the job done eventually. We do not really have a big marketing budget or a shiny office. It is mostly just us sitting around, answering the phone, and talking to people who walk in off the street. The tea stall right next to us is where we spend a lot of our time when things are quiet. We have lived in Agra all our lives, so we know how the traffic works and which routes are better during the festival seasons. People from K K Nagar often stop by just to ask about ticket prices for their summer holidays. We do not have any big mission statements or anything like that. We are just trying to run a decent business and help people get their travel sorted without too much of a headache. It is just us here.
