Gee Dee Traders

Gee Dee Traders is located right at 6/292Tikonia, just across from Laxmi Market. Being opposite the market means it’s always busy around here. There are people everywhere and the noise of the traffic never really stops until very late at night. Our shop is a bit tucked in, but if you look for the Tikonia spot, you will see us easily enough. We deal with various goods and trade is our main thing. Most mornings start with us opening the shutters and sweeping the front. It’s a dusty job, especially with all the construction going on nearby. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just walk in or call us on the landline. We have some chairs that are a bit worn out, but they are comfortable if you need to sit and wait. Laxmi Market brings in a lot of different people, so we see all sorts of faces every day. It makes the time go by fast. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit by the door to get some light. We are just local folks trying to run a business in a crowded part of town. The address is easy to remember once you’ve been here once. We don't do much advertising because the location does the work for us. It’s a simple life at 6/292. We just take it one order at a time and try to keep our regular customers happy with what we have in stock.
