Great Indian Products

Being located at 196 Field Marshal Cariappa Road means we’re right in the middle of everything in Agra Cantt. The Red Fort isn't far away, so we get a lot of that energy from the tourists and the local crowds in Baluganj. Great Indian Products is just a regular shop where we keep a bit of everything on the shelves. It’s an old building, like many in this part of Agra, so it has high ceilings and a bit of a draft in the winter. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just open the doors in the morning and see who comes in. The road outside is always busy with rickshaws and cars, especially because of the army area and the fort nearby. We spend a lot of time organizing the stock and talking to the delivery guys who struggle to find parking. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes and checking lists. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide what people are looking for when they stop by our part of Baluganj. The floor is a bit uneven and the lighting could be better, but it’s our space and we’ve been here for a long time. It feels like home even when it’s chaotic. People know us as a landmark on this busy road near the historical sites.
