Av Tours N Travels is based at number 21 in Shah Ganj, right in the heart of Shakti Ngr in Agra. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle all kinds of travel requests. It is a very busy area, and there is always noise from the street coming through the door. We have been at this same spot for a long time, and most of the people living around Shah Ganj know us by now. My brother and I manage the bookings, and we have a few drivers who help us out with the actual trips. The office is not much to look at, just a small room with a table and some files stacked up in the corner. We do not use a lot of fancy software; a lot of our work is still done using a diary and a simple mobile phone. When someone needs a car for a family function or wants to book a flight, they just walk in and we see what we can do. The power goes out sometimes, which makes it hard to print tickets, but we usually manage to get it done. It is a practical business without any extra fluff. We just focus on getting the details right for the people who trust us with their travel plans. It keeps us busy from morning until night every day of the week.
