Apollo Pankaj Hospitals is situated right on the Nh-2 Agra Mathura Road in the Artoni area. Being on a major highway means we get a lot of travelers stopping in, along with the people who live nearby in Artoni. The road outside is always roaring with trucks and cars, so it’s never really quiet here. We have a decent-sized parking area, though it fills up fast on Monday mornings. The building is a plain structure that stands out against the dusty roadside. Inside, it feels a bit more peaceful than the highway outside. We’ve got different wards for different needs, and the layout is pretty straightforward once you get used to it. The staff works in shifts, and we try to make sure there is always someone who can help at the main entrance. It’s a practical environment, no-nonsense and strictly about health care. We don't have a fancy cafe or anything like that, just a place to get tea and some basic food for the families waiting. Some of the equipment has been around for a while, but it still works fine and gets the job done. We see everything from highway accidents to regular fever cases. It is a tough job sometimes, especially when the weather is hot and the AC has to work overtime. But we stay open and keep things moving for the people of Artoni and those just passing through. There is a small stand nearby where you can get a decent cup of chai while you wait. We’ve been part of this area for a long time.
