Ap Metals

Ap Metals is set up right on Agra Road, specifically in the Priyag Vihar Colony area. We are directly opposite the Singhal Dharam Kanta, which is where all the trucks go to get weighed. It’s a very dusty part of the road because of all the heavy traffic moving in and out of the city. We spend our days surrounded by piles of metal and the sound of trucks shifting gears outside. The sun beats down on the yard, and there isn’t much shade, so we just wear our hats and get on with it. We handle a lot of different types of scrap and industrial metal. It’s a messy business, and there’s always something that needs to be moved or sorted. We see a lot of different drivers coming through from the dharam kanta. Sometimes they stop by to chat or ask for directions while they wait their turn. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the materials. The office is just a small room with a desk where we keep the receipts. We don't spend much time in there though. Most of the time we are out in the yard. It’s honest, gritty work and we don't try to make it look like anything else. If you come by, you’ll see us working just like any other day.
