Al-Raid Medical Private Limited

We started Al-Raid Medical Private Limited here in Okhla because we saw that people needed a place that actually had medical supplies in stock without having to travel across the city. Being located at 201-C in Noor Nagar Extension, specifically in the Johri Farm area, means we are right in the heart of the community. It is not a fancy office with expensive furniture. Most days it is just us handling stacks of orders and making sure everything gets sent to the right clinics or patients on time. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Dealing with healthcare supplies is serious business, but we try to keep our actual operations very simple and straightforward. Sometimes the heavy traffic in Jamia Nagar makes our deliveries a bit of a headache, but we manage to find a way through. We aren't trying to be some massive, faceless corporation. It is just a small, dedicated team trying to stay organized and helpful. If you happen to walk past our spot, you will usually see us busy sorting through the latest stock or talking on the phone with various suppliers. Medicine and basic equipment shouldn't be difficult for people to find. We just try to get what is needed to the people who ask for it. The stairs leading up to the office can be a bit steep, but that's just how this building is. It's not perfect but it works for us. We know most of our regular customers by their first names.
