Our office is unit 36 G-121 in Sanjay Place. Anyone who lives in Agra knows that Sanjay Place is the main hub for just about everything business-related. It’s always crowded and finding a parking spot is usually the hardest part of the day. We’ve been operating out of this G-121 spot for quite some time. The work involves a lot of scheduling and talking to people on the phone. We manage a lot of staff who are out at different sites, so the office is mostly a home base for the paperwork and the coordination. It’s not a very quiet place because there’s always someone coming in to check their shift or pick up a uniform. We don't have any fancy brochures or a marketing department. We just have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of logbooks. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s right where we need to be. Most of our clients come through word of mouth. Someone knows someone who used us, and that’s how we get most of our work. It’s a very down-to-earth way of doing things. We don't make big promises; we just try to make sure everyone is where they are supposed to be when they are supposed to be there. It’s a lot of logistics and staying on top of the small details every single day.
