Adamya Education & Research Foundation

We are based out of Firozabad on Etawah Road. The place is actually where Sri Indra Dev Singh and the family are, specifically at number 180. It’s a local setup, very much a family-rooted foundation. We do a lot of research work and educational planning from here. Being in Uttar Pradesh, specifically in an area like Firozabad, means we see a lot of people who really want better opportunities. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find one of us working on a computer or talking to a researcher. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but Etawah Road is a main stretch so it’s not too hard to find. We’ve been doing this for a few years now, trying to make sense of the educational needs in this part of the state. It isn't always easy and there is a lot of red tape, but we stay busy. Sometimes we get distracted by local events or just the general noise of the road, but we get the work done. It’s a humble operation. We focus on the facts and the figures and how to get better resources to the schools around here. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking, and then a lot of doing. We hope to stay here for a long time yet and keep things moving.
