The Designers N Planners

Our office is located in Agartala, right in Joy Nagar Lane No. 2. It’s quite close to Battola Bazar, which is always full of people and activity. Being in Jay Nagar is convenient for us because it’s a familiar neighborhood where everyone knows each other. The Designers N Planners started here because we wanted a place that felt part of the local community. The lane itself is a bit narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache if you’re coming in a big car. We spend a lot of time here working on layouts and site plans. It’s not a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. Just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of rolled-up papers. The smell from the bazar sometimes drifts over when the wind is right. We usually have tea delivered from the stall around the corner twice a day. Our team is small, mostly just locals who understand how things work in this part of Tripura. We don’t really do much advertising; most people just hear about us from their neighbors or see our sign when they’re walking toward the market. It’s a steady way to work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the year. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit for the generator to kick in, but that’s just part of life here.
