Saheb Spices Pvt Ltd is situated at 0 Mile, right by Karmali Chowk in Begampur. We’re very close to the Toll Plaza, so there’s a constant hum of traffic and trucks passing by at all hours. It’s a very busy location, which is good for getting our supplies in and out. The building is a simple structure that we’ve modified over the years to fit more equipment. Inside, it’s all about the spices. We spend a lot of time cleaning the raw seeds and making sure the grinders are sharp. It’s noisy and it can get quite hot in the summer months, but we’re used to it. The staff mostly comes from the surrounding Begampur area. We aren't into fancy labels or big presentations. Most of what we do is just heavy lifting and manual labor to get the spices ready for the market. You’ll see the owners around most days, probably wearing an apron and helping out on the floor. We don't have a big HR department or a receptionist. If someone wants to talk to us, they just come to the gate at Karmali Chowk. Sometimes the traffic at the Toll Plaza makes things a bit slow, but we manage. It’s just a regular business trying to stay afloat and keep the work going every day.
