My shop is right here in Jagahari Mura, pretty close to the Kali Badi temple. It has been around for a good while now. If you are looking for us, we are right by the P.O Agartala College. Most days are spent watching the students hurry back and forth to their classes. They come in for all sorts of things, mostly pens that ran out of ink right before an exam or notebooks they forgot to buy. The shelves are a bit crowded with stacks of paper and folders that I try to keep organized, though it doesn't always stay that way. West Tripura gets quite humid, so we have to make sure the paper doesn't get damp. It’s just a small place, nothing like those big stores in the city. I usually sit behind the counter and chat with the regulars who live nearby. Sometimes the electricity goes off and we just sit in the dark for a bit until it comes back. We carry basic stuff like erasers, rulers, and those big chart papers for school projects. The tea stall next door is where I get my morning tea every single day. It’s a quiet life mostly, just keeping the shop running and making sure we have what people need when they walk in. I don’t have any fancy signs or big lights. It is just a local spot for the neighborhood and the college kids to get their supplies.
