Nomix Spice Powder

I’m writing this from our small setup here in Indira Nagar. It is a quiet village near Melaghar in the Shipahijala district. The air here usually smells like turmeric or chili depending on what we are grinding that day. My family has been living in this part of Tripura for a long time. We started Nomix Spice Powder because we saw people needed decent stuff for their kitchens. It isn't a big factory or anything fancy like you see in cities. We have a few machines in a room and we spend most of our mornings making sure the bags are filled right. Sometimes the electricity acts up and we have to wait around, drinking tea until the power comes back. That is just how life goes in the village. The neighbors often drop by to chat while we work. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished office. It’s just us and the spice dust. If you walk down the main road in Indira Nagar, you will find us easily. Shipping things out from here can be a bit of a challenge when the rains are heavy, but we manage somehow. My cousin helps with the records and I handle the grinding part. It gets loud inside when the motors are running, so we usually talk at the top of our lungs. We just want to keep the business going so our kids can have a better start. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk.
