Muskan Equipment & Machinery is right on Pycrofts Road, number 231/192, in the Royapettah area. This is a very old part of the city and it has a lot of character. Our shop is right in the middle of it all. We have been selling and fixing machinery here for years. The place is packed with parts, tools, and different kinds of equipment. It can look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. Royapettah is a busy place, so there’s always people coming in asking for this part or that machine. We don't have a big sales team. It’s just us behind the counter. We talk to the customers, hear what they need, and try to help them out. Sometimes we have to hunt through the back room for an hour to find a specific bolt, but that’s just part of the job. We don't use any fancy computer systems for our inventory, we mostly just remember what we have. It’s a very traditional way of doing business. The noise from Pycrofts Road is constant, but it’s the heartbeat of the place. We enjoy being in such a lively spot. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local shop doing what we know best. We show up, we open the shutters, and we see what the day brings us. It’s been working for us for a long time.
