The office in Krishna Nagar gets a lot of sunlight in the morning, which is when most people start coming in. Sri Ganapati Tours Holidays is a small operation, mostly just a few desks covered in brochures, ticket printouts, and maps. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, trying to confirm bus seats or checking if a hotel room is actually available like they said it was. We know the local drivers and the regular spots, so we give advice based on what we’ve actually seen, not what’s in a brochure. It can be a bit loud with the traffic outside and the phones ringing, but we like the energy. We just take one customer at a time and try to keep the paperwork straight until we finish for the day.
