We are located right near the Ram Krishna Mission at the Motor Stand in Agartala. G L Modak & Co. is a name that’s been around this area for a long time. If you ask anyone near the motor stand, they can usually point you toward us. The office is old, but it holds a lot of history. We’ve got big wooden desks and fans that hum all day long. It gets quite humid here in Tripura, so we just keep the windows open and get on with it. We handle a lot of paperwork and local business matters. It’s the kind of place where people stop by to chat as much as they do to talk business. We don't use any fancy software or high-tech gadgets if we don't have to. Paper and pen still work fine for most things we do. There’s a certain way we do things here, and we don't see a reason to change it much. The staff has been here for years, so we’re more like a family than a company. We see the buses coming and going from the stand all day. It’s a busy spot, but our office feels like a little bit of a different world once you step inside. We don't do a lot of advertising because everyone around here already knows where we are and what we do at Agartala H O. It’s just how things are for us. We don't think much about the future, we just focus on the folders in front of us today.
